Press Release Body: Martin Wilhelm-Nielsen becomes a partner in TRANSEARCH Denmark.
He has an extensive background as management consultant and his consultant
background includes 11 years with Mercuri International. His latest role was as
Assistant Director before joining TRANSEARCH Denmark.

Martin Wilhelm-Nielsen focuses on Automotive, Consumer & Retail, Energy & Natural
Resources, Financial Services and Industry. Martin has a MSc in Economics & Business
Administration from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and is based in Copenhagen.

Claudio Takao recently joined TRANSEARCH Brazil as Senior Consultant.

Claudio has more than 20 years' experience in the Financial Services sector, having
gained extensive understanding while working for BankBoston Sao Paulo, Excel Bank,
and BBVA Group in Brazil. He has been working in executive search since 2005 and
specializes in Banking/Financial Services. Claudio also heads up this practice in
Brazil, where he is based.

Claudio is a graduate from FATEC, with a specialisation in Finance and speaks
Spanish and English fluently.

Aldo Neuburger recently joined TRANSEARCH Italy as Senior Partner. He started his
professional career in the Human Resources area of Olivetti and then continued in
Arnoldo Mondadori Editore publishing house as Publication Rights Director.

In 1986 joined TMC Amrop International as Partner and in the following 14 years of
activity carried out more than 350 search projects for multinational companies and
family businesses operating in general industry (automotive, chemicals, energy,
etc), publishing, durable and luxury goods and services fields, providing assistance
to operations in Italy and growth abroad. In 2001 he founded Hunters Strategic
Executive Search and served as Director and Board Member of Governance Consulting in
2005.

Aldo has a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Bocconi University of Milan and
speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian fluently. He is based in Milan and is a
member of the Board of Proper Srl.
